Outdoor Tiki Bar w/ Bathroom?

We just had a pool installed and looking to build a new tiki bar with a restroom/changing room. I was thinking of taking an old shed, cut the front off and use the walls to seperate the two.

Has anyone seem or done this? Or does anyone have a better idea??

Pics would be helpful Rich. Any luck with the palm tree seeds?
