Trader Vics Book of Food and Drink

There are 3 editions of this book: 1946, 1981 and 1982. i figure the 1981 is a reprint of 1946, but the 1982 edition is edited. Does anyone know the difference between the editions?

I only have the 46 so if you have any of the others I could cross reference something for you?
