The Savage Paradise - tiki blog and a labor of love!

I just wanted to share with the denizens of Tiki Central my new blog, dedicated to all things Tiki (and kustom and surf) - The Savage Paradise. http://thesavageparadise.com/

I'm hoping to chronicle as many of the goings on in the world of tiki culture as possible - probably with a focus on art, music, events and news... but generally anything that might interest a keen tiki-phile. Started out as an idea as a resource for myself, because I couldn't really find a central place to read about all of the happenings in areas that interest myself personally. Then I figured that there might be others out there who would be interested in this as well, and so the blog was born.

It's basically a labor of love - there's no advertising (nor do I intend for there to be, at least so long as it's sustainable) and I'm not selling anything.

Anyway, it'd be great if you checked it out and offered feedback, suggestions, etc.

I'm looking for unheralded yet talented individuals producing work in the world of tiki to feature each week on the blog. Artists, artisans, carvers, musicians, etc etc etc. I'll probably do a bit of trawling through Tiki Central to find some talented people, but if you know anyone specifically who deserves a bit of recognition let me know. I'd love to share their talents with the world.
