Happy whities doin the Hula - classic ! As Hawaiian as these guys are German:

the location is in dundalk, which is a typically blue collar area of the city... i can ask around if anyone knows about this crew... very interesting!!!

It almost looks like a traveling party. The tapa and decor seem "tacked up" and not permanent decor.
