Is it Witco? (CAUTION: Cute Kitties)

Lady Velour found this piece at the Long Beach Swap. It looks like Witco but there are no marking on the back. I have been told the background fabric is something that was used. I think the colored paint may have been added later by one of the owners.

Yes, it's a Witco. I believe I even saw it in Gecko's Witco catalog that he brought with him when we were all at the Tiki-Ti.
