Recipe: Otto's Octane - Tiki Drinks and Food

I've been trying to figure out what's all in it...I should of paid closer attention to the bartender. Needless to say I would really like to try to make this drink. I've tried before and failed, epically. Otto's Website simply says: Our Pineapple Rum with Coffee Liqueur and Banana Does anyone know of this drink or every tried it?
