Many of them were non-exclusive off the shelf styles from restaurant supply manufacturers.
Tepco made the Skull and 3 Tiki bowl, Imperial Glass made the glassware; Starboard, Port, Taboo (TV VooDoo) and Bang Bang Club (TV Big Shot).
Not sure about the others, but I'm sure you could find them on ooga-mooga.

interesting... i thought they were exclusive to vics

Borrowing images from other Tiki establishments menus was a common occurrence back in the hay-day of these places. Whether permission was given or not was another matter. Menu images, word fonts and exclusive designs were all fair game.

it is pretty interesting to see just how many establishments all had the same mug design. tiki bobs is pretty unique but even HV tampa got that design. i assume it was after tiki bobs closed?

has anyone ever seen a tiki bob swizzle stick, plate or glass? ive only ever seen the mugs.

I haven't, but I think there's an awful lot of Tiki Bob salt and pepper sets out there.

Bosko posted a Tiki Bob swizzle here - http://www.tikicentral.com/viewtopic.php?topic=30165&forum=5&vpost=414560

and although it's not that exciting it sure would be exciting to find one. :)
