kelio’s tropical bar, Ensenada, Baja California

Spent the weekend at TikiVatos beach house. My wife spotted a Bar with a big sign thast said “Kelio’s Tropical Bar”. It was Closed ( about noon) and peering into the dusty dark windows revealed nada. Had some sharks and other nautical stuff on the outside. Their website i d 's em as a karaoke bar so i’m disappointed. Anybody been in there” Btw, no pix on their site.
