Vintage Bamboo Sofa in Austin - SOLD

Pages: 1 9 replies

Hey all, I wanted to offer up this couch that I think would look great in a tiki room. Has a very sturdy bamboo frame and thick, comfy cushions. Seats three nicely or four if you want to get intimate. The plaid upholstery is in good shape but you could easily wrap it in something else that may be more suitable to your environment. Let me know if you're in the area and interested or have any questions. Thanks.

Here's one more shot of just the frame:

Sold. Is there a way to delete the thread or is marking it sold sufficient?

No way to delete, but you could edit the top and make the title say sold.

Welcome to TC! I have a friend named Mike Hooker, but he is not in Austin. I like that city and spend one week of my year there every year. Casino El Camino burgers are the best in the world!!!

Keep showing us what Beach Bum recipes you are drinking.

The Buffalo and Amarillo burgers are very tasty!!!!

Armadillo burgers? I heard they taste like pork? (not like chicken as has been erroneously reported)

Amarillo is my favorite by far! Just spicy MDM, with serrano peppers on top; not named after yellow in Spanish, just that town in Texas.

There's a relatively new burger joint in Austin called Hopdoddy (2 locations I think) that's pretty incredible. For a long time I avoided the craft burger craze but my better half encouraged me to go and I'm so glad I relented. The El Diabo (Angus Beef, Pepper Jack, Carmelized Onions, Habanero and Serrano Chiles, Salsa Roja, Chipotle Mayo) is heavenly.

Y'all be careful with those Armadillo burgers. If you don't cook 'em long enough, you can get leprosy!

But the leprosy gives these burgers their flavor!?!

Silly science always making our foods bland... They are in it with the aliens, conspiring to make our food boring!
