I read this story on CNN.com today regarding people who have declared their own countries:

One of the places is the Republic of Molossia (located in Nevada) that features a tiki bar. Nice country!

From the description of their signature drink (whaaaaat?? No rum???), it sounds like Molossia is a dry country.
