Signed Tiki Surfboard, Vintage? - Collecting Tiki

It is made out of heavy wood and has a little curvature so I'm think it was intended to be used. Overall it is in excellent condition. There is a small area where the paint is starting to crack and a little wear to the bottom and edges. I've searched for the maker based on the signature on the bottom S Weaver, but unfortunately came up empty handed. Any help with identifying the maker or determining the age would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Joe
