Hibachi pupus?

Hey there TC ohana, I just picked up an awesome little pupu platter with a tiny hibachi in the middle. I've had some luck with teriyaki beef using the hibachi as a warmer but does anyone have good ideas for something easy, our better yet FLASHY, to cook our warm up on the tiny grill?

Shrimp or other seafood works well too. How about Rumaki? Flashy? How about mushroom caps filled with brandy? :lol:
The little hibachis don't put out much heat, it helps to precook the food first and use the hibachi to heat it up.
