John Reis, of the Rocket from the Crypt, Drive Like Jehu, Hot Snakes, Night Marchers, Sultans, etc. fame, has joined forces with the Blind Shake from Minnesota to put together one heck of a surf rock record. Fans of his other bands will hear elements from each of his other projects. Sax and keyboards add layers of depth. The man knows his surf... this ain't no half ass record! And then there's the live show. If they come through your town and you miss them, I will not cry for you.
