eBay: Orchids of Hawaii Coconut Mug - One of a kind?

Never saw anything like this before. Doesn't match the R-13 in terms of pattern, a strange bisque glaze, and marked ORCHIDS OF HAWAII JAPAN on the bottom. If you're looking for an oddball coconut mug, this ugly duckling is it.
