what is an appropriate 4 a.m. cocktail?

I've found myself this summer with insomnia on many nights where I get out rum to make a nice cocktail and then realize its gotten to be 4 a.m. and rum is a bit hefty by that point. so, i've mixed up a vermouth cocktail instead. anyone have a go-to cocktail that's appropriate for pre-dawn imbibery?

I like a nice cold glass of Malted Ovaltine....

3/4 oz Gin
3/4 oz lime
3/4 oz Luxardo
3/4 oz Green Chartreuse

Pepto bismol is what GROG usually drinking at 4 am.

At 4 am I would suggest a strong coffee grog. Either the alcohol puts you down finally, or the coffee gets you going for what's to come.

Warm milk and Benadryl.
