BONSAI Kitten!?

Pages: 1 9 replies

Whats up with this?

http://www.bonsaikitten.com

You know, I always worry that some of the Einsteins out there are not going to realize this is a joke, and actually try this crap.

In a related anecdote, my friend Jay used to have this big glass pickle jar type thing that his kitten liked to get in. One day he had to take the kitten to the vet and he ran into the jar and wouldn't come out, so Jay had to take him, jar and all. He said he got evil looks from everyone in the waiting room for stuffing a kitten in a jar.

Bonsai Kitten is one of my all time favorite sites. Yeah, someone probably will try it, and that is too bad, because it made me piss myself when I first saw it. I love the .WAV of the meow. Classic!

You mean like the FBI? They investigated the website a few years back (or is that an urban legend?).

I heard that this site has been taken off before. It's sad how people get their kicks. Even if is fake.

When in doubt, always consult the mighty Snopes:

If you think this is one of the sickest things someone has put on the net, you aren't looking hard enough.

T

True. About 8 of the 10 sickest things on the web are posted in the 'Tiki Central's Most Embarassing Photos' thread.

The other 2 involve a woman, a lobster, a horse, a toilet and some chopsticks.

Hey- proud to be one of the sickest things on the web! Thanks, tikifish! :)

Actually, for me, the grand poobah of sick websites has always been rotten.com

For every funny image there, there are another thirty that make you want to throw up. I have actually become light headed looking at that site, so visit at your own risk. It's vile.

I'm with you on that one martiki6. That site is very nasty.

Oh, man, rotten.com....I have images forever burned in my mind from that awful site - just like the scenes in a super-8 movie my friend got from his uncle's porn shop when we were 14...There aren't many things I truly wish I'd never laid eyes on.

But the story section on rotten is actually pretty good - just don't look at the picture pages. What struck me most about the few I've looked at is how fake the violence in movies and tv is. When you see those pics, you understand that it's fake-looking for a good reason.
