This is an original Edgar Leeteg oil on velvet painting of a Polynesian woman titled "Coco Bather." The painting is in good condition. The velvet fabric is intact and the paint colors are bright. The painting itself measures approximately 35" in height and 25" in width. With the bamboo, linen, bamboo filet frame, it measures approximately 42.5 in height and just under 33" in width. Painting was purchased in 1954 from the Davis Gallery in Honolulu and comes with the original Bill of Sale and black and white photo Leeteg used to paint the painting.
