EXOTICA 2003: last call for Bob Chinn's Luau

Aloha!

Early next week, The Barefoot Hawaiian, Inc. will turn in atendance figures to our caterer Bob Chinn: numbers of tables, chairs, etc. So we are in the situation of having to guess how many tickets will sell in the later part of next week and prepare accordingly.

It most often happens that many wait until the last second to get tickets, and unfortunately, we may not be able to accomodate. We will be preparing for approximately 650 total guests and this figure is padded by 50.  This number will be turned into contractors on Monday evening. If 50 tickets sell on Tuesday, the event will be sold out. If you are planning on attending and do not have tickets, please do so asap by calling the Barefoot Hawaiian, Inc at 847 699 7336.

Exotica '03 attendees... Your section will have prime seats close to the main stage. Be advised, your individual names will not be listed on the seating arrangement, but under "Exotica '03" tables. Please inform the hosts/staff you are with Exotica. And since you are at the front, be ready to volunteer to dance!

Reserve your tickets through the Barefoot Hawaiian office or at Bob Chinns Crabhouse in Wheeling! Again, its 3.5 hours of entertainment including a Hawaiian fashion show, Mark Hussman performs Elvis' "Aloha from Hawaii" and the finale, The Fires of Polynesia... all you can eat buffet catered by the countrys 4th largest restaurant, Bob Chinns Crabhouse... fresh flower leis, Polynesian tattoos, exotic birds, picture station, etc.  Dont miss out!

The Bob Chinns Tropical Nights Luau has 5 remaining tables open for seating. We will most likely be at full capacity. Please call the Barefoot Hawaiian to make sure seats are still available.

Come Saturday, if tickets have not yet been sold out, we will have them available for purchase at the door for first come first serve.
