Anybody recognise this place?

Looking through Craigslist for tiki stuff. Found some old neon tube letters for "Hawaii Motel" here:

The letters look to be in Daytona from the google map on the page (dunno how accurate that may be). I did a search for "Hawaii Motel" in Locating Tiki, but only came up with the "Hawaii Kai" in Myrtle Beach. Wondering if anyone has an idea where this may have been?
