Hula Hideaway Art | Harry Decker

Aloha.

For the last 3 years I have been participating in the Tiki Oasis Art Show, creating a piece for each of the shows.
Many folks have asked me if this artwork was for sale, so I created a Limited Edition of each the pieces.
Signed, numbered and ready to find a new home.

Please enjoy and let me know what you think. Mahalo!

Hula Hideaway Art
"Crazy Eight"

Limited edition of 100 prints.

This funny fellow I painted for the 2014 Tiki Oasis Art Show.
The theme of the show was "Beat Tiki", a poly pop inspired twist on beachcomber- french bohemian underground.

Dig that crazy scene—he's quite a cool cucumber, hanging in his custom Blue Hawaii inspired aloha shirt, jamming with his friends Maurice and pufferfish Pierre.

Specs:
*Pencil and digital painting, Illustrator and Photoshop
*Size is 18" x 24"
*Printed CMYK on bright white 100 lbs. endurance satin cover stock
*Signed and numbered

Hula Hideaway Art
"Invasion of the Rum Runners from Outer Space"

Limited edition of 200 prints.

This scene I painted for the 2015 Tiki Oasis Art Show.
The theme of the show was "Yesterday’s Future, Today.", a retro-futuristic Tiki twist on the science fiction and Space Race era of the 1960s.

Space ships in search for rum invade a tropical island and abduct a local tiki bar, including the cocktail waitress!
Seems like there is intelligent life out there after all!

Specs:
*Pencil and digital painting, Illustrator and Photoshop
*Size is 18" x 24"
*Printed CMYK on bright white 100 lbs. satin paper
*Signed and numbered
*Ships rolled in mailing tube

Hula Hideaway Art
"Rocking the Island"

Limited edition of 200 prints.

This scene I painted for the 2016 Tiki Oasis Art Show.
The theme of the show was "Monster island", celebrating the original monsters of the silver screen age—but imagine them in Hawaiian shirts, sipping on rum drinks.

Inspired by a behind-the-scenes photo from the set of the original 1954 film Gojira, I asked myself: what if it was not a nuclear weapon test that was responsible for the creation of Godzilla—but an overproof rum accident at the local tiki bar?*

Specs:
*Pencil and digital painting, Illustrator and Photoshop
*Size is 18" x 24"
*Printed CMYK on bright white 100 lbs. satin paper
*Signed and numbered
*Ships rolled in mailing tube
