Mai-Kai foreclosure lawsuit

So ... we don't know anything about this beyond what's in the link here, but the fact that this even happened doesn't seem good.

Hoping someone on here has some really good news about the Mai-Kai that can put us at ease.

They settled the issue and there's nothing to worry about.
