This sucks.

This isn't exactly a surprise, is it? I recall discussions a year ago that losing the lease was a concern considering how rents and property values have skyrocketed in the area. Pretty soon Hawaii's going to be converted into one, big generic resort. :(

Perhaps its location amongst warehouses and such will keep it from becoming anything else. No parking either.
