Drunken Munkey

Drunken Munkey is a storage room for stuff accumulated for the eventual build of a permanent bar that has evolved into a temporary bar. There’s a mixture of different themes going on as I don’t know what the finished product will be. Anyway, I will add pics here as it seeks to find its true self!

The lamp I made with all these coconut monkeys I keep finding at the thrift.

Was hanging out in the Munkey and noticed an unintentional trend starting to surface, and that trend is Hats. I was putting a hat on a lampshade, (you can do that these days with led bulbs), and realized that that wasn’t the first time I had done that. Started to look around and here is the result:

Your storage room seems like a tiki bar already to me.

Thanks! It seems to have morphed into a tiki bar for sure! I figured it would give me a place not only to store all the stuff I find, but to play around with different themes and see what I can come up with. There are traditional tiki, adventure items, even some MCM going on!
