Hi tikimeet just letting you know about Rule 7.

Do not cross-post. Posting the same message in more than one forum is considered spamming.

Hi leevigraham,

I appreciate you letting me know about the rules, as I know that you are probably concerned.

I did however follow the rules on that same link you sent verbatim. I'll paste as follows, and if there's something I missed please let me know for future use.

I refer to the section "You can post a link to the announcement of the event in the Main forum for maximum exposure. Here's how to do it".

Thanks again and Aloha!

Well there you go :)

Toooo easy.

LOL. I don't ever want to spam anywhere. Was I in compliance per the rules? I believe so. The rules do accommodate an exception for cross posting for Events as long as you follow specific rules, as I did.

Looks good to me… those rules were written 20+ years ago and are still valid according to Hanford. They've been refined over the years so I'm not going to go change them now.

Sounds good leevigraham.

Hope you join us on the 16th. That would be wonderful. Would love you promoting tikicentral.com.

Probably not going to make it given I'm based in Australia :)

Yes, I just realized that. We'll be doing a lot more, and I will keep your time zone in mind.
