Please help me identify this mask and spear

I had to clean out my stepfather's house and he's had these in a collection for a really long time. I'm pretty sure he got it from a friend that passed away. So I don't know where the friend got them from or anything about them or if even if they're authentic. I just want to know so I can either sell it to somebody or toss it. TIA
