Latitude 20 mugs, Torrance, CA

Being new to TikiCentral, I'm not sure if it's cool to solicit stuff, but...
I am looking to buy/trade for mugs from the late Latitude 20, in Torrance CA. I was born and raised in Torrance, and my folks took me to the Latitude 20 many times, all of which occurred well before I was old enough to order a drink (sigh). When they tore it down in the early 80s (& replaced it a dog grooming 'salon'), the South Bay lost it's only tiki bar (with the exception of the true hole-in-the-wall Hale Hawaii). If you have any mugs, or stories to tell about either the Latitude 20 or Hale Hawaii, let me know here or at [email protected]. Thanks!

Since you are a DJ, you might already know that there are two Arthur Lyman albums out there that were recorded at the Latitude 20.

The "Today's Greatest Hits" (BoT, p 247) was partly recorded at the Canoe House, the Bali Hai San Diego and L 20, and

"Latitude 20", with it's cover font matching that of the place and a very nice title song of the same name. Although the liner notes go into this whole spiel of how Lat. 20 is the location of the Big Island of Hawaii, and how the room at the Canoe House at the Ilikai in Waikiki was "specifically designed for his (Ata's) exotic rythms", the caption at the end reads:

"Our thanks to Hop Louie Woo for the use of the hall where the recording was made, Latitude 20. 3901 Pacific Coast Highway, Torrance, California"
It has no life atmosphere on it, though.

I have seen a rum barrel with thick Latitude 20 letters on the front (like the Aku Aku), but the most common ones are the coconut mugs with the name underneath, I have seen tons of those. You can have mine if you don't have one yet...
