Illustrator Bruce Butte

Does anybody know anything about illustrator Bruce Butte or where I can find examples of his work? I think he designed some aloha shirts for Go Barefoot in the 70's. Here are some of his illustrations from the book PACIFIC ISLANDS COOKBOOK:

He reminds me of the "Yellow Submarine" artist.

Those are kinda cool in a 70's vibe way.
