Tiki lighter gut replacement

Anyone know any outposts that carry the guts to those vintage Coco Joes tiki table lighters? I'm tired of sticking fat candles into them and would like to reunite them with the lighting mechanism to make them whole and complete again. They seem sort of standard but I don't think the Zippo merchants carry them, although a tiki lighter is ripe for a comeback, Bic not withstanding.

I would keep scouring eBay. I saw a few Tiki Lighters, but I don't know which one would fit your bowl. It's worth a shot.
