Has anyone ever played around to repair slightly damaged mugs? I had a Kon Tiki mug with a chip around the rim and several years ago used some vinyl spackle and clear nail polish and for a while it looked pretty good but today there is a yellowing on the area. I am curious if there are any materials that match and bond with ceramics and can be modified? Wakikian Hotel Tiki Garden Tour http://members.tripod.com/gregg-n/waikikian_tiki_gardens.htm |

I like the photos on your site of the Waikikian and the Tahitian Lanai. Has this site been up long? I don't recall seeing it. Also, the room lamps are fantastic. Maybe someone can help you with the mug question. [ Edited by: Kailuageoff on 2004-03-30 13:17 ] |

porci-filler. they sell it at Home Depot. Fill the chip with it, sand it smooth and then paint. |
