3mVee Mai Tai Concentrate - Tiki Drinks and Food

I noticed that the Bali Hai in Lynnfield, MA uses this to make their mai tais, and they are very good. The bartender used a washed out gallon bottle of the mix and added a 750ml bottle each of light and dark rum, then filled the rest with concentrate and either water or sour mix. I couldn't tell, but I saw him use the bar dispenser and my guess would be water, since a lot of the bars don't have a set up for sour mix in their dispenser. Logic also says that if it were sour mix, that might make it too sweet. Does anyone out there know if I am right? Thanks for your help!
