Kipling West ~ artist info?

i saw the cutest Tiki with a Monkey in a Fez print offered on ebay ~ but i was leery of buying it (it might have been a "from my color copier while ripping off the artist" print)

last year, humuhumu posted about a tiki art show in Bremerton, where Kipling exhibited paintings ~ did any of you go?

i found the artist's homepage on AOL (last updated in '98), but didnt see any more tiki art ~ any of you TikiCentralites know more about this artist??
