Recipe: Searching for the "Sneaky Tiki" recipe.

Pages: 1 9 replies

I am looking for the recipe from either Tiki
Bob's or Harvey's? Have to have it for my personal drink menu, I'am drawing.

Mike-are you going to make copies of your drink menu?I'd love to get a copy if you do.

So far all I've found is:

Sneaky Tiki
Ingredients
1 oz. rum
orange juice
pineapple juice

Directions
Combine rum with equal parts orange juice and pineapple juice. Serve over cracked ice.

And

the Sneaky Tiki, composed of three types of rum, apricot brandy, pineapple and orange juice.

I found another unhelpful recipe:

Sneaky Tiki (In a Tiki mug)
Vodka, apricot liqueur, melon liqueur, pineapple & orange juice

Aloha,
I was looking around also...didn't find any recipes either...So, there were 3 recipes we used, Sneaky Tiki, Super Sneaky Tiki and Royal Sneaky Tiki.
The generic version was actually the Super..

Ice cubes in tall mug
blender
2 oz OJ
1 oz Lemon juice
dash curacao
dash grenadine
2 oz lt. rum
shave ice
decorate with mint, etc.

The other 2 recipes remain under wraps....

this recipe is from the working bar rolodex from Tiki Bob's

I don't have it with me, but I know there's a recipe for it in Beachbum Berry's new book "Taboo Table."

RB

From "Taboo Table": Sneaky Tiki, Trader Dick's version admittedly stolen from Harvey's:
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
1/3 oz orange curacao
1/4 oz grenandine
1 oz light Puerto Rican rum
1 oz dark Jamaican rum

Blend with 8 oz crushed ice. Serve in Sneaky Tiki mug or chimney glass.

I haven't had the chance to make one yet... maybe tonight!
:drink:

Thanks a lot! but... does the It. mean Italian? Italian rum?
