Saw this show last night -- the tiki segment was WAY better than I expected -- and that guy whose bar was featured -- he is Otto of Tiki News? Is he a TCer? How could he not be a TCer? Anyway -- very nice bar, and the reporter gave a very nice, succinct overview of "tiki" to the "civilians" -- although when she said Polynesian Pop was in decline in the late 60s I would say it was more like mid 60s -- |

Yes, that was both Otto and Sven (BoT) on the show. It has been on before..do a search for it as I'm pretty sure this show has been discussed. Thanks for the heads up! |

On My Classic Car on the Speed Channel there is a car show on the Big Island of Hawaii that has a cool vintage car with Tiki's on it. You can also watch the episode on http://www.myclassiccar.com |
