I was just trying to show that there's no reason to fear Sushi, if you don't like the raw fish, try one of the cooked fish or vegetable versions. Today I'm going to work on a new recipe I'm trying out for a Loco Moco Musubi. It's for a contest, so I can't post it until after I've entered it.
