The bill has less than 20 days to make it out of the U.S. Senate. Sen. Inouye (D-HI) attempted to attach it to a bill regarding class-action litigation, but that bill didn't make it. He may try to attach it to an appropriations bill as he is the ranking Democrat on the Appropriations Cmte. |
