And Primo Kimo, you may already have the publicity bases covered, but if you don't, see if you can find someome who'll oversee getting you into the AAA guide, regional tourism guides, network with area motel managers for a mention or a flyer in the lobby, etc. Tiki is hot enough right now that you might be able to get area local-interest and tourism publications interested in a story w/o the implication that you're just another restaurant wanting free publicity.
