The "Check Status" page shows all your referrals who have signed up, whether or not they've completed the requirements (for example, mine shows one who has completed, and one who is signed up but has not finished). The BMG music club takes 1-2 weeks to show that the offer was completed after you sign up.

I still have Tikibelle and Kono on my list.
