thanks arron , not sure what kind of wood it is. It is from a log home, prety sure it is white pine. The logs are kiln dried but these were left to the elements so there a little damp on the outer sides. I used only a hammer , chisel and then a sanding disk on my 4 inch grinder so far. I too want more tools. my die grinder only has metal working bits so far.


Of all the things I have lost, I miss my mind the most.
