Now that we have a lawyers view, I think that the chances of Trader Vic's wanting to sue someone who made, maybe 200 decals for the people who belong in a Tiki Club are probably fairly slim. They other fact then is, does one not really care if they do infringe on someones copywrite for a (in my opinion) fairly small, one time event.
