What's up with your back, Ben? I've had SCIATICA off and on scince '96. It's the worst it's ever been right now. I'm sure it's from never stretching, driving to much and bad posture while sitting at the computer. I now it takes discipline to stretch every day. I've been surfing consistantly scince I was 12 and never stretched before going out. Anyone else have Sciatica? |
