POM Wonderful - Tiki Drinks and Food

Chupacabra's Lament: .5oz vodka 1 oz Brazilian cachaca .75 oz POM .25 oz Rock Candy Syrup .5 oz lemon juice You might try substituting POM for grenadine in some classic drink recipes. I've taken to using Fees Bros American Beauty grenadine which has a nice strong pomegranate taste. But if Rose's is all you have or if you think grenadine is too sweet then maybe try subbing some POM. Webtender.com has a grenadine recipe of 2 cups pomegranate pulp/juice simmered with .25 cup of honey for three minutes. I may try that using two cups of POM.
