Just off the top of my head...

Leon Redbone "Christmas Island" (just the one song is tiki/Hawaiian related, but it's fun to hear him do the others)

Christmas Party with Eddie G. hs "Mele Kalikimaka" with some old Hawaii type radio spots thrown in.

Martin Denny "Exotic Night" on Christmas Cocktails volume 2. (Get 1 and 2, they're great!)

Not tiki, but if you find Lavay Smith's "Everybody's talking about Miss Thing" you'll find a cool version of Winter Wonderland hidden at the end.
