The book is great...especially love the history and vintage pictures. I agree with Ku Ku Ahu, though, some of the recipes are confusing. And moving to another island, the International Marketplace at Waikiki is being torn down, and will supposedly be rebuilt closer to what Donn originally built. I haven't been to Honolulu in years; I've just been following the story in "Hawaii" magazine. Any one been to Waikiki recently, and can update us? |
