I'm in for whatever is needed. I think the tiki should be made out of concrete, and be a replica of one of the original tikis, ideally the torch-lighting tiki, TG signature tiki, or entrance tiki: see the tikis on this page: and http://user.gru.net/cateye/tikis.html Having someone carve a tiki wouldn't be as authentic in my opinion, plus it will rot and/or get stolen.
