There's a Thai restaurant in Milwaukee - The King and I - that uses an OJ / Orange Curacao base for their drinks. Nothing fresh squeezed (you know how it goes these days), but not bad for a restaurant cocktail. You might want to experiment with that to set up a nice base, and then add additional rums. |
