I have been lurking for over a year off and on and finally decided to come out of the woodwork. I currently live in Marina del Rey, CA on the best street name ever - Bora Bora Way!! I am originally from the Boston area and long for the days of the Aku Aku near Fenway and in Cambridge. I grew up around parental influenced Tiki culture and always loved Polynesian themed Chinese restaurants. Exploring SoCal Tiki culture is still new to me and I appreciate all the feedback on this forum. I can't wait to add my two cents!!
