It's also way obvious that he cares not for Polynesian themed restaurants. Then why the hell did he not recused himself from this review ?! Surely, he's been in the biz long enough to know that objectivity is the name of the game. Regarding the "snootiness" he experienced when he walked in...that's almost de riguer for San Francisco restaurants. Not that it's a good thing, but it's a fact ! I'm sure he experiences that everyday. Why single it out at Vic's ?
