tiki bob sf!

i was thinking about this this morning ~ based on what that last link showed, the vehicles documenting the blocks might not be obvious to passers-by that they are taking photographs. imagine a person is photographed and later finds that their image is posted for the scutiny of the entire world. will this person have any legal recourse to have themselves removed since they did not give thier permission? perhaps the evolving technology will "photoshop" people out to prevent this in the future.

fer example this guy a block down from tiki bob sf. now his cigar is locked in digital history.
