Tiki and Caribbean. Can they be mixed? - General Tiki

To me tiki is the bastard child of polynesia, the orient, the caribbean, tropical islands, pirates, Huntington Beach, and my imagination. That's what makes admiring other peoples tiki bars so much fun, looking at the array of "tiki-ish" junk they got hangin' all over the place. How boring it would be if we all had the same 'ol crap behind our bars(although there are some "must haves"). As far as I'm concerned, anything that washes up on the beach and looks cool...is TIKI.
