Rory, I am sorry, but I would not consider these Tiki, they are Mexican tourist carvings that depict Aztec/Mayan figures. ...of course, one could consider the Thor Heyerdahl theory and make a connection to Kon-Tiki, the Peruvian sun god, but generally pre-Columbian and Polynesian carvings are two different things. |
